Victor E. Taurizano
Commercial Broker
Victor Taurizano is a real estate professional, educator, and doctoral candidate with more than twenty-three years of experience across residential and commercial real estate markets. He is the founder of Novus Group, which was later integrated into The Keyes Company, where he led development, brokerage, and advisory activities across multiple asset classes.
Born in San Pedro, Argentina, Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and two Master’s degrees in Telecommunications and Business Administration. His academic background reflects a long-standing interest in analytical problem solving, systems thinking, and applied economics. He is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Italian.
In 2001, Victor relocated to the United States as a telecommunications sales technician. During this transition, he became aware of the structural and informational barriers that immigrants face when navigating housing and financial markets. This experience motivated his entry into real estate education and brokerage, which evolved from an initial effort to assist colleagues into a full-time professional and academic career.
Victor is currently a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Arkansas, and holds CAM, Mortgage Broker, and Real Estate Instructor licenses. He serves as a licensed real estate instructor at Gold Coast Schools, where he teaches sales and broker pre- and post-licensing, as well as continuing education courses. He is also actively involved in secondary education, teaching Pre Sales (FREC I) to high school seniors.
He is currently a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at Florida International University, with a research focus on real estate, housing markets, and financial decision making. His interests include real estate finance, market behavior, risk perception, and the interaction between demographic, financial, and institutional factors in housing outcomes. Beyond teaching, Victor is interested in academic collaboration, research, and service within real estate and business education.
Victor values education, professionalism, and long-term institutional contribution. He remains actively engaged in community and educational initiatives, with a strong commitment to mentoring and knowledge transfer.Victor Taurizano is a real estate professional, educator, and doctoral candidate with more than twenty-three years of experience across residential and commercial real estate markets.
