Mary Ann Korkuc

I have been a Florida resident since 1974. I began my real estate career in 1978, becoming a broker associate in ’79, and Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser 2004-2008.  I’ve been active in property sales and rentals for over 40 years with additional experience in sales management and recruiting.  As sales manager I developed and expanded several different companies in the South Florida area.  After being visitor to the Treasure Coast since 1988, relocated to Port St Lucie in 2002 so I’ve seen many impressive changes over the years.  In 2002 I opened and managed a national franchise office in Vero Beach, expanding my knowledge of the Treasure Coast.
