Harry Bandy

With a passion for real estate that began in 2004, Harry brings nearly two decades of experience as an investor, landlord, and licensed real estate agent. Starting with purchasing and rehabbing properties, Harry built a portfolio in Pennsylvania and in Florida. His expertise spans year-round leases in Pennsylvania and a seasonal furnished rental in Florida, demonstrating versatility in meeting diverse client needs.

Harry began his real estate career in Pennsylvania as an agent with Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc., located outside Philadelphia. In 2024, he transitioned to the Florida market, earning a real estate license and joining The Keyes Company in Hobe Sound, FL. As a licensed agent in both states, Harry is uniquely equipped to guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties across state lines.

Before entering real estate, Harry enjoyed a successful 29-year career in the IT and telecommunications industry. His background in software development, project management, and reliability engineering adds a methodical, detail-oriented approach to his real estate practice.

Now calling Hobe Sound home for the fall and winter months, Harry is dedicated to helping clients navigate the dynamic Florida real estate market while continuing to assist clients in Pennsylvania.
